Everyone Plays a Role in Creating Change
Minga International is a non-profit organization that connects social entrepreneurs in developing countries with citizen networks in the United States.
How It Works
First: Minga International partners with social entrepreneurs whose innovative non-profits are solving pressing social problems.
Second: Minga International recruits citizen groups to support a project through financial and hands-on assistance.
Third: Minga International fosters these relationships to ensure mutual benefit, sustainability, and growth.
Result: Citizen groups see the impact of their investment through the success of the local non-profit.
A connection from Minga International between social entrepreneur Juan Andrade and the Rotaract club of Durango, CO resulted in sustainable investment in Juan’s non-profit. Click here to read more about MI’s first success.

“Since the time I got back to the USA, my mind has been racing. It's very hard to put into words, what I have experienced. The staff of Mano Amiga opened their arms to me and 11 other strangers into their homes, some slept on the floor while they give us their beds, some had the same living conditions as the children at the orphanage, but they too want to help make a difference in these children lives. I learned about why I was investing in them and their county and why they wanted to invest in us as people.”
